How is the session conducted?
Sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing me to work with clients from all over the world. This setup is just as comfortable and effective as in-person sessions—sometimes even more so.
There are many advantages to meeting online: you can stay in the comfort of your own home, avoid the stress of commuting, and take time to relax right after the session—perhaps even enjoy a short nap if your schedule allows.
To make the most of your session, it’s important to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable. I also kindly ask that your camera is on and your face is clearly visible, so we can connect as if we were in the same room.
Each session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes.

We’ll begin by exploring your story, needs, and the challenges you’re currently facing. Together we will go through the factors of your issue or habit that you would like to eliminate, which will give me a deeper understanding of your life and the situation you are in.
Then, we will define what you want to achieve — setting a clear intention for your transformation.
Hypnosis
Let the subconscious mind speak.
I will lead you to a deep relaxed state of mind – hypnosis – the natural state of inner focus. Feeling safe and always in control, your conscious mind will drift away, your nervous system will quiet down, allowing your subconscious mind to awaken and access the root of your issue.
Through gentle regression we will uncover and help you understand the root cause of the issue that you wish to eliminate. As you understand and become aware of what is driving your behaviour, you will have the power to fix it.
Using guided techniques, we’ll eliminate the limiting beliefs and install new, empowering ones that support your journey.
Closing the session
After gaining a clear understanding of why, when, and how your issue first appeared, and rewiring your mind with new, empowering beliefs during the Rapid Transformational Therapy® session, I will created a personalised transformation recoding just for you.
This recording is designed to embed and strengthen the changes initiated during the session, helping them take root and become lasting.
It is crucial to listen to your personalised recording for 21 consecutive days following your RTT® session. During this time, we will stay in touch to track your progress and support your transformation.

What Does One Session Include?
Each session is a personalised 1-on-1 experience designed to create deep and lasting change. It includes:
- A 2-hour individual session
- A custom 15–20 minute audio recording to listen to daily over 21 consecutive days
- Email support throughout the 21-day transformation period
- One 15-minute review video call to monitor your progress (upon request)
Most clients benefit from 1 to 3 sessions, depending on the depth of the issue.
