"Some of us think holding on makes us strong but sometimes it is Letting Go"

Herman Hesse

What is RTT®?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a unique, hybrid therapy based on neuroscience and it combines the most beneficial principles of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy.

RTT® delivers extraordinary, permanent change liberating you from physical, emotional and psychological pain.

What makes the method different from others is that RTT® gets to the root cause of the issue instead of only treating the symptom, which makes the method very effective, delivering quick and phenomenal results.

RTT® uses hypnosis which helps to surpass the conscious mind and allows to access the subconscious mind which stores all memories, beliefs and formed habits that are holding one back from having a desired life.

RTT® is a rigorous, award-winning approach to therapy

“You cannot fix what you don’t understand and RTT® works by first understanding how you got your issues and then freeing you from them for good by understanding the role, function and purpose of the issue”

Marisa Peer, Founder of RTT®

How does RTT® work?

It is directly accessing and fixing whatever blocks you have in your subconscious mind.

Inducing hypnotic state, which means entering deep and relaxed state of mind – alpha or theta brainwave state –  your conscious, judgemental mind relaxes allowing you to turn your focus inwards. Your subconscious mind which stores all memories, beliefs and formed habits is free to speak.  Being guided by the Therapist who uses various RTT® techniques  and tools you are able to understand when and how you got those negative beliefs which are still determining your behaviour today.

You cannot fix what you don’t understand…

Once you understand, old negative beliefs are then replaced with positive and desired ones, empowering you to overcome many issues such as fears and phobias, liberating you from anxiety and depression, letting go of addictions, boosting your confidence and many many more.

Change your life now

What about hypnosis?

In simple language, hypnotic state is a very natural and relaxed state of mind and body, where one remains aware and in full control of the words and actions. Hypnosis helps us to surpass our conscious mind and allows us to access the subconscious mind where we store all our memories, beliefs and formed habits. Accessing the subconscious mind means switching the brainwaves from beta to alfa or theta brainwave. Being in alfa brainwave state, where your body and mind are deeply relaxed you are able to take in powerful suggestions with ease and get the maximum results from your therapy session.

Science behind the brainwaves

Our brain produces 5 types of brainwaves, which are electrical impulses between neurons that impact our actions, emotions, and thoughts.

We usually alter between different brainwaves experiencing different levels of awareness during a day.

We mostly rely on beta brainwaves during the day (waking hours) where we direct our attention to the outside world. We use willpower and logic to make judgements and overcome problems.

During hypnotic state we enter alpha and theta state which allows us to turn our focus inwards and quiet down our dominant beta state. Our body relaxes, nervous system quiets down and we can access information beyond our normal conscious awareness. Being highly focused and ready to respond we can activate vivid imagery and accept suggestions.

As the logic is switched off in this state we can easily access our memories and identify the emotions and feelings that are responsible for the way we act, behave or think  in present days.

Types of brainwaves:

Gamma

Fastest and most subtle brain wave, high concentration, active when the mind is quiet.

Beta

State of alertness, concentration, judgement, active thinking and decision making, external attention.

Alpha

State of relaxation, calmness and peacefulness, ready to respond when needed, passive attention, light meditation, light hypnosis.

Theta

Daydreaming, deep relaxation, inward focus, deep meditation, deep hypnosis.

Delta

Deep sleep, stimulates the healing and regeneration process
