From performance to purpose — this is where everything came together.

I turned my own path into a calling — to support you on your journey.

“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”
– Buddha

This isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.

I didn’t set out to become a therapist — but looking back, I think this path was always gently calling me. I’ve always been drawn to understanding what drives us, what holds us back, and what allows us to thrive.

For years, I lived in high-performance environments — in the workplace, in sport, and eventually in my own journey toward parenthood. Each one brought moments of pride and power… but also stress, doubt, fear, and questions I didn’t always have answers to.

When I was trying to become a mother, I realised how emotionally complex that path can be. It’s not just about biology — it’s about identity, pressure, hope, and heartbreak. I had to look inward, face some painful truths, and find strength in places I didn’t expect. I stopped focusing on the fear of it not happening, and began imagining my life with the children I longed for. I pictured them clearly — healthy, happy, already part of my story. It might sound simple, even impossible — but shifting my thoughts changed everything. What I feared was a denial turned out to be just a delay. And in time, my dream came true.

At the same time, I was navigating the demands of a career I cared deeply about. I knew how it felt to hold it all together on the outside while battling imposter syndrome or anxiety on the inside. I’ve sat in big meetings, spoken on stages, led teams — and sometimes felt like I was performing a version of myself rather than showing up as I truly am. But what always lit me up most wasn’t the metrics or the milestones — it was the moments when I could coach, uplift, and empower the people around me. When I could listen deeply, encourage someone to believe in themselves, and watch them thrive. Those moments stayed with me far more than any quarterly result.

And then there’s sport — where I’ve always felt most alive. As a rider, I’ve experienced firsthand how mindset affects performance, how fear can sneak in when the stakes are high, and how mental resilience is often what makes the real difference. It’s not just about strength or skill — it’s about trust, connection, and inner focus.

We come to this planet because we have a purpose…

I found mine through Rapid Transformational Therapy®. Through the trainings and deep work on myself, I began to feel something I hadn’t felt in a long time: alignment. Like I had found the missing piece. My empathy, intuition, and sensitivity — things I had sometimes tried to quiet in the corporate world — became my greatest strengths. I began to see how I could help people not just function, but flourish.

Therefore, I created this practice because I wanted to bring together everything I’ve learned — through life and through my training as a Rapid Transformational Therapy® practitioner and coach/mentor — to support people like you: those who are on a meaningful journey, those who want to shift limiting beliefs, and build a future that feels like home.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and working together to shift what’s standing in your way. This work isn’t just about fixing problems — it’s about reclaiming who you truly are underneath all the noise.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here — with passion, empathy, and tools that create real change.

Let’s begin.
