The Journey That Changed Everything — From Struggle to Support
This is where everything came together.
“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”
– Buddha
This isn’t just what I do — It’s who I am.
For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of becoming a mother. Even as a little girl, I was the one naturally drawn to caring for younger children — nurturing came effortlessly to me. I always imagined that one day, alongside a fulfilling career, I would step into motherhood with joy and ease.
But life had other plans.
Fit, healthy, and successful in my career, I never imagined that trying to conceive would become one of the hardest journeys of my life. What began as unexplained infertility soon unfolded into a more complex journey. After years of trying with no answers, I was eventually diagnosed with PCOS. What followed then were cycles of IUI, IVF, and countless hormone treatments that left me physically depleted and emotionally frayed. Each failed attempt chipped away at my confidence and trust in my body. I searched endlessly for answers, blaming myself, analysing every decision. I clung to hope, but it often felt like a fragile thread.
The emotional toll was immense. Feeling isolated in my pain, I was grieving a future that felt increasingly out of reach, all while trying to hold it together in professional settings where vulnerability had no place. And yet, through the fog of anxiety and sadness, I began to realise something powerful: I couldn’t control the outcome, but I could begin to shift how I related to it.

I stopped focusing on the fear of not getting pregnant, and began imagining my life with the children I longed for. I pictured them clearly — healthy, happy, already part of my story. It might sound simple, even impossible — but shifting my thoughts changed everything. I reconnected with my body, my inner strength, and a sense of trust that had long been buried beneath fear. What I once believed was a denial turned out to be just a delay. And eventually, my children arrived — healthy, beautiful, and deeply wanted.
This experience changed me in ways I never expected. It wasn’t just about becoming a mother — it was about reclaiming myself. And it ignited a calling I could no longer ignore.

We come to this planet because we have a purpose…
Throughout my professional life, I worked in consumer goods, healthcare and innovation, developing therapeutic solutions for patients with unmet medical needs. I volunteered in hospitals and schools, always drawn to helping others feel seen, safe, and supported. What lit me up most wasn’t the strategy meetings or milestones — it was the quiet, meaningful moments where I could uplift someone, help them shift perspective, or rediscover their strength.
I didn’t plan to become a therapist. But when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy®, it felt like everything in my life had been pointing me here. The empathy, sensitivity, and intuition I once tried to quiet in corporate spaces became my greatest assets in this work.

As an RTT® Therapist, I now help women on the IVF journey regain emotional resilience, release fear, guilt, and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom. My neuroscience-led, bespoke approach isn’t about one-size-fits-all solutions — it’s about meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you back to your power. We’ll work together to shift the beliefs that are holding you back — from “What if it never happens?” to “What if it’s already on its way?”
Imagine navigating this chapter with calm, confidence, and connection — not just to your body, but to your deepest knowing that you are meant to be a mother.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here — with passion, empathy, and tools that create real change..
