Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) — an innovative approach to hypnotherapy

Rooted in science, powered by the subconscious — RTT helps you break patterns and reclaim control.

“Some of us think holding on makes us strong but sometimes it is Letting Go.”
– Herman Hesse

What is RTT®?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a powerful, neuroscience-based therapeutic approach that combines the most effective techniques from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy.

Unlike traditional methods that often focus solely on managing symptoms, RTT® identifies and addresses the root cause of emotional, physical, or psychological challenges – leading to deep, lasting change.

Using hypnosis, RTT® bypasses the conscious mind to access the subconscious, where beliefs, memories, and habits are stored, which are holding one back from having a desired life.

How does RTT® work?

RTT® works by directly accessing and fixing the blocks you hold in your subconscious mind.

By inducing a hypnotic state — a deep and relaxed alpha or theta brainwave state — your conscious, judgmental mind quiets down, allowing you to turn your focus inwards.
Your subconscious, which stores all memories, beliefs, and habits, becomes free to speak.

Guided by a trained RTT® therapist using powerful tools and techniques, you uncover when and how you acquired the limiting beliefs that still shape your behavior today.

You cannot fix what you don’t understand…

Once you understand, the old negative beliefs are replaced with new, empowering ones — helping you overcome fears and phobias, break free from anxiety and depression, let go of addictions, boost your confidence, and so much more.

What About Hypnosis?

In simple language, the hypnotic state is a very natural and relaxed state of mind and body, where you remain fully aware and in control of your words and actions.

Hypnosis allows us to bypass the conscious mind and access the subconscious — the space where all memories, beliefs, and habits are stored.

Accessing this state means your brainwaves shift from beta to alpha or theta. When you’re in the alpha brainwave state, your body and mind are deeply relaxed, allowing you to receive powerful suggestions and achieve the best possible results from your therapy session.

The Science Behind Brainwaves

Our brain produces five types of brainwaves — electrical impulses between neurons that influence our actions, emotions, and thoughts.

Throughout the day, we naturally shift between these brainwaves, each representing a different level of awareness. Most of us spend our waking hours in beta, focused on the outside world using logic and willpower.

During the hypnotic state, we move into alpha and theta, turning inward and quieting the mind. This relaxed state allows the nervous system to calm down, enabling access to subconscious memories, emotions, and beliefs — the ones that shape how we think and act today.

Gamma

The fastest and most subtle brainwave. Linked to high concentration, insight, and learning. Often active when the mind is deeply focused and quiet.

Beta

The state of alertness and logical thinking. Used during active decision-making, focus, judgment, and problem-solving — your go-to for daytime tasks.

Alpha

A state of calm, light relaxation, and readiness. This brainwave supports meditation, creativity, and the early stage of hypnosis.

Theta

A dreamy, deeply relaxed state used in hypnosis and deep meditation. The gateway to vivid imagery, emotional insight, and healing.

Delta

The slowest brainwave, active during deep sleep. Supports cellular healing, regeneration, and rest — the foundation of recovery and renewal.

“You cannot fix what you don’t understand and RTT® works by first understanding how you got your issues and then freeing you from them for good by understanding the role, function and purpose of the issue.” — Marisa Peer, Founder of RTT®
